Construction

An AI project manager that runs on WhatsApp

On a construction site, the project manager has no time to sit at a computer. Material counts, deliveries, and progress updates pile up in their head, and the record-keeping that should track it all slips to the end of the day, if it happens at all.

The challenge

The information existed, but capturing it was the bottleneck. Typing updates into a spreadsheet from the field is slow and easy to skip, so the master record was always behind and never fully trusted.

What we built
  • An AI project manager the team reaches through a tool they already use every day: WhatsApp.
  • The project manager simply sends a voice note about materials used, deliveries received, or progress on site.
  • The agent listens, understands the update, and writes it into an Excel document as a clean, structured entry.
  • No typing, no forms, and no separate app to learn. The record updates itself from a thirty-second voice note.
The result

The master record stays current without anyone sitting down to update it. Material tracking and progress reporting that used to be a daily chore now happen in the time it takes to speak a sentence.

A full-service voice agent for a solar battery company

A solar battery company was spending to generate leads, then handling only the calls that happened to come in during business hours. Anything outside that window waited, and waiting is what loses a paid lead.

The challenge

An inbound-only setup answers the phone, but it does nothing for the leads who fill in a form at night, on a weekend, or while a competitor is already calling them back. The company needed an agent that does more than wait for the phone to ring.
